- Investigate replacement for Café Press Shop
- Goal met: a successful limited-time campaign was added at Bonfire
- Investigate virtual Silent Auction
- Goal met: Bidding Owl was investigated as a platform for a virtual Silent Auction
- Acquire an array of unique and desirable items to offer at the 2021 silent Auction, if possible
- Goal not met: Silent Auction was not held in 2021
- Continue to create and maintain desirable merchandise on the MLA Shop at Café Press and Bonfire, including MLA/TLA Online 2021 Annual meeting logoed merchandise
