- 137,046 downloads since online publication in March 2020 (the week the editorial board members were all moved to remote work for COVID)
- Archival Description of Notated Music
- Co-published OA version in HC October 2020
- 108 downloads in first 11 months of availability
- Open backlist titles for digital access
- Funding for this project was interrupted by COVID 19 and the board returned to this project in summer 2021
- Editor met with President, Publications Committee Chair, and Administrative Officers to identify issues that require board action before moving forward

- Finalize submisson process for new projects and get approval from
- Develop a budget for publications
- New OA Editor should develop a budget proposal to fund at least one OA Project per year; initial investigation has identified copy editing, design (a template could be comissioned), and hosting as potential cost issues
- Complete backlist project
- Awaiting additional direction from the board before moving forward with digitization and publication
