- Create report of analysis and based on the report, outline recommendations for action.
- Disseminate recommendations, provide support to implementers (members, committees, officers, board) as needed.
- Depending on the responses to the survey and its analysis, will likely touch on all 4 goals of the Strategic Plan, including:
- Objective 1.1 Review and update MLA’s Mission and Core Values.
- Objective 1.5 Evaluate the structure of MLA.
- Objective 2.3 Sustain member contact throughout the year.
- Objective 2.5 Encourage member retention.
- Objective 3.4 Reflect DEIA principles in MLA’s leadership, membership, core values, mission, strategies and operations.
- Objective 3.7 Enhance outreach efforts to members of underrepresented groups.
