Call for Applications: Kevin Freeman Travel Grant

Applications are now being accepted for the Kevin Freeman Travel Grant. The Kevin Freeman Travel Grant is normally intended to support travel and hotel expenses to attend the Music Library Association annual meeting. Since the 2021 MLA joint conference with the Theatre Library Association will be fully online, Kevin Freeman Grants are being offered to cover conference registration costs for qualified applicants. In light of the technological inequities exacerbated by COVID-19, the Freeman Committee may also award a limited number of tech microgrants that can be used for assistive technology to enhance applicants’ ability to attend the meeting. Please note that 2021 registration is free for Students and members in the Emergency Circumstances category, and $25 for Early Career, Paraprofessional, Non-Salaried, Part-Time, and Retired members.
